In 1926, they introduced a line called Martele, glassware imitating glassware made by Rene Lalique. In 1927, they introduced the Catalonian line, based on early 17th century Spanish glass. Other popular Consolidated Glass patterns include Cosmos and Ruba Rombic.

Consolidated Glass closed in 1933 during the Great Depression, and moved the Martele molds to the Phoenix Glass Company. They continued to produce that line under a different name, Phoenix Reuben-Line, from 1933 to 1936. They reopened under new management in 1936 and continued thru the 1940’s. The factory finally closed in 1967.

Our portrait form needs a basic consistency check before we discuss its face shape categories. The first question is whether changing the crop alters the label without changing the face itself. My starting set would contain one portrait used with permission and a note of its original size. The copies would change only the surrounding space, leaving the face at its original proportions. I am considering face shape detector as a reference while drafting the questions. These are proposed checks rather than results, and I have no consistency figures to share. For each copy, I could note its border dimensions, category and any confidence information provided. Which observations would help distinguish a crop sensitivity issue from an unclear face boundary? My priority is a clear account of changed outputs, with room for genuinely uncertain classifications.

Greetings:

Do you know if Consolidated Glass made a sky blue lamp shade for kerosene lamps? The base is 9 7/8 inches, and the pattern has four what look like waterlily spikes protruding up towards the top of the shade.

Thanks, Mark

I have found a Consolidated Vase with a paper sticker on the bottom. It is pink overlay with handles. Can not find it anywhere. Do you know where I might find more information on this vase?
